We've been painting homes across the east side of El Paso County since 1994. Meridian Ranch, Woodmen Hills, Peyton Highway acreage — we know the terrain and what paint takes to hold up out here.
No mountain shadow, no tree cover on most Peyton lots. We assess every wall face separately and spec products built for open-plains UV — not products rated for more sheltered conditions.
Accredited through the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado since 2000. Fully insured with general liability coverage on every job in the Peyton area.
Free estimates, no obligation. We drive out, walk the full exterior, and give you a straight answer on what the surface needs and what it costs — before anything gets started.
Peyton covers a wide area — from the master-planned communities along Meridian Road to the rural acreage properties near Homestead Ranch Regional Park. Each one has its own character and its own exterior painting demands.
We start by walking the full exterior and looking at each wall face separately. On a Peyton property that matters — a south-facing wall and a north-facing wall on the same house have had completely different lives. The south side has been taking direct sun since the day it was built. The north side sees moisture and slower drying conditions. We don't treat them the same way.
Prep is where exterior paint jobs live or die. On the plains east of Colorado Springs the wind drives dust and debris into every gap in the caulk line, and hailstorms come through hard enough to leave marks in siding that paint alone won't fix. We assess the damage, repair what needs repairing, and prep the surfaces properly before a drop of paint goes on. HOA color requirements are common in Meridian Ranch and Woodmen Hills — we pull the approved palette and get a physical sample on your actual siding before we commit to anything, so there are no surprises at the HOA inspection.
Coffee Shack Brew & Q at the corner of Highway 24 and Peyton Highway is one of those spots that tells you exactly where you are in Peyton — it's where the commuters stop before heading into Colorado Springs and where we've been known to grab lunch between jobs out here. Homestead Ranch Regional Park to the north is a landmark that most Peyton residents know well — the spring-fed pond, the meadow trails, the wide-open feel of it. We've worked enough jobs in this area that these are our landmarks too, not just names on a map.
Most Peyton Exterior Painting jobs take two to four days. You get a written estimate before anything starts and we document the products and colors used so you have it for HOA records or future reference.

When I returned from military service, I knew I wanted to build a business the right way—built on discipline, accountability, and doing the job right the first time.
That standard has guided Action Painting & Remodeling since 1994.
When we take on a project, we put our name and reputation behind it. No shortcuts. No surprises. If something isn’t right, we make it right—every time.
What I’m most proud of isn’t the years in business, but the trust our customers place in us. Referrals from clients to their friends and family mean everything, and we work hard to earn that trust on every job.
Colorado Springs is our home. Every project we complete is in our own community, and we treat it that way.
If you choose to work with us, I will personally make sure the work meets your expectations—fully, not partially.
Thank you for trusting us.
